There is a big gap between eating healthy and living healthy, and the main issue here is not the habits per say – it’s what the person believes about themself. Motivation is a big factor when it comes to staying on track with the kind of fuel you put in your body. The real question is this; what motivates you to use the highway instead of the local roads to travel long distances? That’s right, it’s faster and better for your car!
We understand that cutting down on refined sugar and avoiding certain processed foods can help you lose weight and help rid you of certain health conditions. But what about longevity in life? If your foods are well balanced and meant for the body, we know that it will benefit in sustaining you as you age. We refrain from counting calories because every calorie is not not the same. This means a calorie from sugar is not the same as a calorie from black rice. Why? Because they are absorbed into your body at dierent rates and are accompanied by dierent nutrients also. This program is based heavily on your ability to feel your food in your body and how it impacts you day by day.
