About Us

As health and lifestyle consultant coaches, we have decided to embark on the journey of bringing our experiences to the forefront of empowering others to make eating a part of how they think. We have been through our fair share of trials and problems that we have been able to work through and are continuously and eagerly looking for growth in all areas.

Growing up, the foods eaten in our homes were based on culture rather than what is good for our system. Because of this, the idea of recognizing what our body needs came with a lot of resistance and doubt.

But the battle is always won when the end is in sight, and with that our lifestyle changed with many mind-blowing outcomes. We have been called to guide others to achieve the same outcome and continue to grow in their food wisdom. With this automatically comes a lifestyle change.

We utilize our understanding of why food exists in the first place and how it’s intended to be consumed. With this understanding we are able to derive the belief systems and principles that then empower the very choices we make, which becomes a lifestyle.

Benjamin Frimpong

Former Population Health Analyst

As a former population health analyst I got the opportunity to see population health trends and how diet and lifestyle contributed to many disease processes. Throughout my experience in this position I found that health insurance companies are putting an eort toward programs to encourage the population to adopt better habits. There is a big gap here; you cannot reverse a disease by managing the foods that get you there to begin with.

Oftentimes, medication is a bottom line and a remedy to health complications that are caused by lack of nutritional value and/or more importantly foreign foods the body does not recognize. But almost 100% of the time, pharmaceutical remedies come with side eects. My calling is to bring life into your body the same way I have been able to do to mine for years.

As a Registered Nurse I have an understanding of how disease works throughout the body . When a person gets to the point where a disease has taken root and they are now dependent on medication it often feels as though it is too late to reverse the process. However, once we understand the root cause of the dis-ease (etiology) we can take the proper steps to help slow down this process by what we eat. As your health consultant I am here to guide you through the process of understanding how our body processes food and help you discover what you can do to live a life full of vitality.

What you understand is what the facts can do for you. Most people (if not everyone) believes they can always do better with the food they eat. We all know cutting this thing out, or eating a little bit more of this will improve your energy or maybe help stop the aches and pain you feel. Maybe your joint(s) hurt often but instead of figuring out if food is contributing to it, you decide to stretch it out and see the doctor about it if it gets worse. Humans aren’t ignorant because there is no information, but rather we often are ignorant BY CHOICE.
What you believe is the mechanism by which you operate. Agree or not; people are who they are and do what they do because of what they believe, not what they know. For example, I may know that eating something would help with a certain health condition but I do not believe this will actually work for me or I don’t have the capacity to change my life in order to eat the way my body needs. Your belief system causes you to take action, not your understanding. Because of this, the beliefs about who you are in relation to what you desire has to change in order to make your actions automatically follow your intentions. This is the first step to changing a lifestyle. Many people wait for a tragic life event or a sickness to trigger this shift in mindset but that does not have to be the case for you.
The coaching program will be 4, 30 minute one-on-one sessions every month (1 every week) with very specific conversations around the outcome you desire and how you’re going to get there. This will also include a look-back at your previous week and the improvements you have made. Every week you will send us the foods you consumed (via forms), as in-depth and honest as you can. This will also be another point of conversation. In between our weekly meet-ups you will have unlimited open communication via text or email with your coach.
The on-call opt-in (add on to any plan) will give you the opportunity to talk to your coach 3 times a week for 4 weeks at any time of your choosing before 9P.M for 5-10 minutes. We will talk you through anything you’re going through regarding your diet. This includes any decisions you have to make, any mental headspaces you may be in or simply to share your exciting progress. This call will be to help you through any point when you feel stuck, need motivation or inspiration and to keep you in remembrance of your decision. A decision can be daunting but with the right people in your corner you will crush it.
